FREE SHIPPING for ORDERS OVER €29.90 within Italy. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.90 applies.
Cash on delivery (COD) payments include an additional €5 fee, and the shipment will be handled via GLS courier.
Orders are delivered via SDA courier within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the shipping date. The order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment via PayPal or COD, or upon confirmation of bank transfer payment.
Note: Please ensure that personal details and shipping address are filled out correctly when placing your order—especially email and phone number, which are essential for any communication regarding the purchase. If the data provided is false or incorrect and we are unable to contact the customer, the order will be automatically canceled.
We cannot guarantee delivery at specific times requested by the customer or that the courier will call before delivery. We also do not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a valid residential or business address. We always provide the courier with the phone number entered during the order process, but please note that couriers are not required to call prior to delivery. We recommend indicating a delivery address where someone is regularly present.
During the Christmas period, especially for orders placed after December 15, and between August 10–20, delivery times may be delayed due to external factors beyond our control.
Some products may not be immediately available due to seasonality, limited stock, or supplier delays. In such cases, we will inform you promptly upon processing the order and offer the option of a partial shipment or removal of unavailable items. If the customer cannot wait, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.
In case of shipping issues, the customer must check the condition of the package and its contents and report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

We are unable to ship to the UK, Scotland, Ireland, and Channel Islands.
For shipments to other countries, please contact us by email before placing your order, so we can verify shipping costs to your destination.
All other terms and conditions follow the same policies as domestic (Italy) shipping.

*For COD payments, please provide a delivery address where someone is regularly present and aware of the shipment, and able to make the payment upon delivery.
**For bank transfers, the order is confirmed only after we receive the payment, as verified by our bank. Please make the transfer promptly and notify us of any delays by email. If we do not receive payment within 3 days of the order, it will be canceled.

Upon receiving your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This message confirms receipt of your request, but not the payment. The order is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed.
