You will receive your order via courier within 3–5 business days, from Monday to Friday. We’ll send you a confirmation email and, when available, tracking details for your shipment. Shipping is free on orders over €99; otherwise, a €5.90 fee applies.
If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, but we’ll guide you step by step, and you’ll receive a voucher to use on the website.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a voucher at no additional cost.
