RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We’re sorry if you encountered an issue with your order. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at kreacasag@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Attach photos or videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item.
3. Based on your report, we will proceed in one of the following ways:
   • Replacement with the same item or another of equal value
   • Voucher: You will receive a store credit to use within 30 days for a new purchase on our website.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchased product, are not satisfied, the size is not right, or it’s simply not to your liking, you can return it by following these instructions:

• The product must be returned in perfect resale condition: intact, undamaged in any way or part, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any courier service you prefer.
• Please ship the return within 14 days of receiving the package:

  2. Order Number: Be sure to include your order number inside the package so we can identify your return
  3. Send us an email indicating the date and details of your return shipment

Return Verification and Voucher Issuance

Once we receive and verify your return, we will provide a voucher for the amount of the returned item, which you can use for future purchases on our website.

NOTE: FAILED DELIVERY AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If the courier cannot deliver due to recipient absence, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier and arrange pickup before the package is returned to sender. If this does not happen, the refund will be issued minus the costs for storage and return shipping.
