Declaration
Edil Giacomelli srl is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law of January 9, 2004, no. 4. This accessibility statement applies to the site www.krea-casa.it
Compliance status: Partially Compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance listed below:
- C.9.1.1.1 - Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative that serves the same purpose;
- C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
- C.9.1.3.2 – Meaningful sequence: the reading sequence of some sections does not fully respect the logical-visual order;
- C.9.1.3.3 – Sensory characteristics: some instructions refer exclusively to visual features (e.g. “see on the right”), without alternatives;
- C.9.1.3.5 - The purpose of some input fields that accept specific data is not correctly communicated to assistive technologies or has not been implemented properly;
- C.9.1.4.1 - In some cases, only color has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or a function;
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for cases allowed by the standard;
- C.9.1.4.4 - Some text, except for subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without assistive technologies and without loss of content or functionality;
- C.9.1.4.5 - In some cases, images of text have been used instead of plain text and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;
- C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user agent’s display size changes;
- C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast compared to adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1;
- C.9.1.4.12 - When modifying text spacing in relation to line height, paragraph spacing, letters or words, there is some loss of information or content;
- C.9.1.4.13 – Content on hover/focus: in some cases, content shown on mouse hover or keyboard focus does not meet the criteria (persistence, possibility to close, etc.);
- C.9.2.1.1 - Some features cannot be used via keyboard (or equivalent input interface);
- C.9.2.2.1 - There is an element or event dependent on time where none of the following are possible: disable the time limit before it expires, adjust it, extend it up to 10 times, or the user is not warned before time expires, except as allowed by the standard;
- C.9.2.4.3 - In some sections navigable sequentially where navigation order affects meaning and functionality, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves sense and usability;
- C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with adjacent content;
- C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and labels: do not always sufficiently clarify the content or function.
- C.9.2.4.7 - On some interactive elements the focus indicator is not visible;
- C.9.2.5.1 - Some features using multi-touch gestures or path-based gestures may not be fully operable with a single pointer without path-based gestures;
- C.9.2.5.3 - In some cases the visual label of a user interface component may not be included in its accessible name, making it potentially difficult to understand for voice-based assistive technologies;
- C.9.3.2.4 - Some components with the same functionality within a set of web pages are not consistently identified;
- C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input;
- C.9.3.3.3 - If an input error is detected and correction suggestions are known, such suggestions are not always provided to the user;
- C.9.3.3.4 - On web pages containing legal constraints or financial transactions that allow users to manage, modify or cancel them, none of the following are possible: undo actions, check entered data to correct it, modify data before final submission;
- C.9.4.1.1 - The markup code of the pages is not always compliant with specifications or contains errors, or duplicate attributes and IDs;
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases user interface components (including: form elements, links and script-generated components...), name, role, states, properties and values are incorrect or not set, or the user and assistive technologies are not notified when they change;
- C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages: status messages are not always made available in a way that can be interpreted by assistive technologies without moving focus.
Documents: All downloadable PDF documents on the site are partially readable for screen reader users, as they lack hierarchical structure (table of contents, headings, internal links) and text alternatives.
